Refund Policy

We value your business and your satisfaction is very important to us, we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the low-cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.

If your product is damaged you may fill out the Replacement Request Form below or you may notify us via email at SheSpeaksTruthCustomerService@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage and pictures of the damaged item. Approval or denial of the replacement request is at the discretion of the seller.

 

Please note, we will approve damages for impairments such as cracks, or malfunction, however this does not include air bubbles or air spaces required to allow the wand space and tube to close properly. Although we’ve have tried to accurately display the colors of our products, damages does not include slight color variations as color matching can be difficult to do online and these products are handmade so slight differences may occur.
